Jill began investing in real estate with her first home in 2001 in Redondo Beach. She acquired an investment rental property in Redondo Beach and added single family rental homes in Texas and Missouri to her rental portfolio. In 2006, she purchased a lot in Manhattan Beach and built her custom home where she has lived as an active part of the South Bay community for over 20 years.

Raised in Houston, Texas, Jill moved with her family to Coronado Island, San Diego in 1984. She has lived in Seattle, Port Townsend, Santa Barbara, and on a sailboat while circumnavigating the Caribbean. Her careers have spanned owning a successful jewelry company and working in television production for many years.

For her entire life, Jill is a singer. She performs in an original blues band and has credits with Disney, Dreamworks and on the Shrek album.

She is a wife and mom of 3 who have grown up in the South Bay and in the Manhattan Beach school system and play volleyball, soccer and basketball. She gives back to her community by being actively involved in and supporting the local PTA and Manhattan Beach Education Foundation as well as many charities including kickin cancer, midnight mission, and count on me foundation.
